All the news you Ott to know!

2023 review: We opened this new and exciting enterprise at the end of April, 2023. It was quickly realized that running restaurants and running food trucks are very different experiences. Decisions were made about food, hours, prices, etc. Many of those decisions were good ones, and others required some reflection. We began by branding ourselves as “Upscale Comfort Food” taking some classics and putting our own spin on them. Towards the end of the year, we found ourselves drifting towards menus that we thought would sell, with items people would recognize and come buy. We slid away from the creative, new, cutting-edge flavors and dishes that we love to personally explore. With the end of the year, we have thought about why we began this food truck in the first place—because we are Foodies!!

So…” Attention Foodies! 2024 is going to be a Great Year!” We are challenging ourselves to return to the fun aspects of food exploration! There are ingredients and cuisines from regions in the U.S. and cultures across the globe to try! And, we will continue to serve familiar dishes with a unique twist at food truck prices. Please stop by and see what we have come up with.

How will you know about all the new and intriguing changes? Of course, we have our OttStreetEats.com website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. We would also like to implement a Direct-To-Your-Inbox connection. This weekly email would provide you with our menu, events to check out, recipes, and any closures at our normal location, pictures of our cats, and tidbits about ourselves. We are also developing a customer rewards system, which you will want to keep an eye out for further details. If you would like to be part of this, it’s easy.
